I ‘ve red this posts here and i wanted also to leave my experience at this forum. the fact is that I am a boy of 171 meter long and a normal weight for me would be something between 68 and 70. but i was 78 and almost 79 which is quite a lot for me because then i really could see that i was fat.
I decided to lose fat and I did it with a diet in combination with sport. the result was that i lost 12 kilo’s within 8 months. the way which i did was like this:
runing at sportschool, in a average of 30 minutes everyday. I matched my tempo and speed from slow at the beginning and high later on.
training with some machines like 1,5 hours. so my average training hour was like 2 hour in day. ( I did minimum 4 days training in a week)
but beside that i changed my food at all. The only what i tried to do was reducing the snacks, choclates, fat, coolhydrats and eating more proteins. especially more proteins after training, but be careful, because also with proteins you could get fat. a normal human needs 2000 calories in a day more/less. if you eat more that that, then it will be come like fat in your body.
so I think the best solution is sporting with a combination of a health diet. It cost time but then you know that its a good way at least.
