Easy Exercises

I really don’t like to exercise, but I have been told that I need to exercise to keep my body weight up. Are there any particular exercises to do that are easy and do not wear out a person easily? I would really like to hear what you all do.

Well my instructor says it really depends on your diet. Try doing the 1 lbs =1 protein to keep your weight stable, but you need to workout, not that heavy though. another alternative for this is tomake sure you achieve the 10,000 steps each day.Walking is the simplest, cheapest and easiest form of cardiovascular exercise. Start slowly, then gradually work up to walking longer and faster. Finding a partner to do this will keep you motivated.

I agree walking is best way to achieve your goal, if you loose your weight through walk you didnt get it back fastly

what you need to do is start off small and work your way upwards from there

so start off with some gentle walking. Then over time, you can increase to jogging and running

Yes these are all easy exercises and can simply be done at home. Walking, cycling and swimming and others related exercises like this.

There are lot of exercises but in my opinion, walking , running , cycling are the most effective and easiest exercises. I also do these exercises and feel really great. These exercises are helpful in losing weight and fat.

Walking has to be the easiest way to exercise. When you do something like go out for a jog then it isn’t just as simple as popping on your running shoes and nipping out, you need to make sure you running shoes are adequately cushioned to prevent damage to your joints and you need to make sure your clothes don’t rub as you move and they allow you to stay cool as you work out and start to sweat.

Well,thanks for sharing useful tips…According to my opinion push ups and dancing are also the best and most effective exercise to lose weight…I also do swimming which is the great way to reduce weight…!

Do not eat food just out of a bag and eat. It is best to prepare your own food and cooking, the better for you because not treated with preservatives, sugar and salt
