Gurman: Apple Reality Pro will be the first of three Apple AR / VR headsets

Apple is working on at least three devices for augmented and virtual reality headsets, the first of which is likely to be launched as the “Apple Reality Pro,” according to Bloomberg‘s Mark Gorman.

In its latest version Newsletter “Power On”Gorman explained that there are at least three Apple headphones in development, of which he is aware, under the codes “N301”, “N602” and “N421”.

The first of these devices, the N301, is what Gorman believes will be called the “Apple Reality Pro”. Apple Reality Pro is said to be the company’s “high-end competitor” to the upcoming Quest Pro headphone from Meta. The N602 is said to be the successor to the first Apple Reality Pro headphone and could come at a lower price point. The N421 is Apple’s long-released augmented reality goggle device, although Gurman cautioned that it might not be released for some time.

Gurman’s latest report is the first concrete indication of what could be called Apple’s first headphone product. Notably, the name “Reality Pro” is in line with Apple’s recent trademark filings. last week, Bloomberg mentioned Apple has registered several commercial terms believed to be associated with its upcoming headphones, including “Reality Processor”, “Reality Pro” and “Reality One”.
