From the impressive Mexican number away from the German national team seeking a strong new look to their home kits, and Puma putting up a very specific and similar look to their national teams, just as they did their club teams in their overseas kits, there’s a lot to unpack here.

When November comes and the World Cup kicks off, which of these shirts will you wear with pride? And which one would you wear because it looks really cool?

Below are our rankings of the released World Cup kits.

2022 World Cup group standings

1. Mexico

This is a great set and it will become a classic. Expect these beauties to fly off the shelves and be T-shirts that neutrals love just as much as El Tri fans. The home kit is pretty decent too.

2. Japan

Well, this is another classic. The Japanese house set is anime-inspired and the design is bold and recognizable. The outdoor set is great too, especially the long-sleeved version.

3. Argentina

Classic home kit. You really can’t mess with the blue and white lines. Once again, another beautiful set away. The purple color is perfect and this looks elegant and silky. Very similar to Lionel Messi’s foot movement.

4. Senegal

This is the best of Puma shirts, the outfit for Senegal is very special and the green is beautiful. This big board in the middle of the kit is something we will get used to seeing often during the World Cup.

5. Ghana

Again, another away kit from Puma but this Ghanaian jersey has a lot of character.

6. Germany

this is good. Expect a little better from Die Mannschaft and it looks like they should have an all white shirt for their home kit.

7. Morocco

A bit plain, but like the collar, the sleeve edges and the circular pattern around the center is very cool.

8. Spain

Eh, this could have been so much better. The Spain national team’s starting kit looks nice, and the guest kit quite a bit with that style.

9- Uruguay

Again, another Puma set that looks very similar. Uruguay’s iconic sky blue could have been put to better use in this far jersey.

10. Serbia

Beautiful gold in design and makes the white ensemble stand out a bit.

11. Switzerland

Just so cute. Not much happens and the plate in the middle is just something ugly to the eye.
